· Candidate with excellent communication with 6 to 10 years of relevant experience in Hardcore Outbound Sales - B2C.
· 3-5 Years of Hardcore Outbound Sales B2C / Third party collections experience will be preferred.
· Ability to influence and negotiate with customers.
· Fast learner and passion for sales
· Proven track-record of meeting and exceeding sales goals
· Self-motivated and can work under pressure to achieve team and individual targets.
· Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success
· Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
