Cochin Shipyard Lands Electric Tug Deal

Cochin Shipyard Limited (NSE:COCHINSHIP) formalized shipbuilding contracts with Svitzer, Denmark, following a Letter of Intent signed on October 31, 2025. The agreement covers construction of four 26-metre fully electric TRAnsverse 2600E tugs, each with 70-ton bollard pull capacity, built to Svitzer's specifications for its global fleet renewal. An option exists for up to four additional vessels, classified as a significant order under CSL's parameters. Deliveries are scheduled to begin in late 2027, combining Svitzer's towage expertise with CSL's shipbuilding capabilities to support India's maritime manufacturing ambitions under Maritime India Vision 2030 and Maritime Amrit Kaal Vision 2047.

Dynamatic Expands Falcon 6X Partnership

Dynamatic Technologies Limited (NSE:DYNAMATECH) entered a strategic agreement with Dassault Aviation for the manufacturing and assembly of the complete rear fuselage (Section 5) for the Falcon 6X business jet. This follows Dynamatic's successful industrialization of the rear fuel tank, with commercial production and deliveries already underway to Dassault. The deal builds on a January 2024 collaboration for flight-critical aero structures, reinforcing Dynamatic's status as a key supplier and promoting indigenous aerospace manufacturing through Make in India.

RailTel Secures AI Laptop Supply Order
